NEW POLICY: As of July 2nd, 2019 all new full sets will be invoiced a $50 non-refundable deposit. If you need to change your appointment for any reason the deposit is non-transferable unless 24 hours notice is given. This is to ensure our staff are compensated for their time in the event of a no show. Thank you for your understanding. A deposit or pre-paying for your appointment may also be required.
Q. Can I book a fill if I have lashes on from another salon?
A. No, we require you to book a full set for your first appointment. Occasionally we are able to do a fill on other salon's work, however this is not common so we require a full set to be booked in case we need to do a removal & new set.
Q. How often are fills required?
A. Typically fills are 2-3 weeks when extensions are applied correctly to keep them full during the lash shedding cycles. If you've had lashes lasting 4+ weeks from other salons, chances are they were glued together and caused damage. We specialize in damage free eyelash extensions, and this will require more frequent fills for the health of your natural lashes.
Q. Do I have to book with the same stylist every time?
A. No, you can book with any stylist that fits your schedule, or if you have found a stylist you love then you are welcome to remain loyal to them.
